DESCRIPTION:Our 5 Loaves Ministry provides luncheon deliveries on the last 
 Saturday of each month January through October. We also coordinate the com
 munity Thanksgiving Dinner each November and work with other food organiza
 tions in the Trinidad area to ensure people have a meal in December. \nOu
 r meals primarily are delivered to the homebound and to those who need sup
 plemental meals on weekends. To request meals send an email to 5loaveszion
 s@gmail.com or call the church at 719-846-7785 and leave a message. Be sur
 e to provide your name\, address (in the Trinidad/Jansen area)\, phone num
 ber\, and the number of meals needed (one meal per person in the household
  please). If we have questions or concerns we will call you back.\nCall th
